Delivery methods and costs

You can see the delivery costs of your order after selecting the payment and delivery method. Pickup from our stores is free of charge. The costs of other delivery methods are added to the total delivery amount. If we find that the selected delivery method is incorrect, we can correct it and change the delivery method (for example, the package does not fit in Posti Parcel Point).

An invoicing surcharge of five (5) euros will also be added to the Invoice payment option.

Postal items can be picked up within 7 days of arrival notification. Matkahuolto keeps the packages for 14 days from the arrival notification. Items with pickup from stores can be collected from the store for 14 days. Please bring your ID when picking up the package.

The following delivery methods are available:

Pickup from the store 0,00€

The customer will be notified by email when the order can be picked up. When picking up the order, the customer must have an order confirmation and a pick-up notice, on the basis of which the order will be handed over against a signature and name clarification. In shops, a passport, driving license or identity card is required to prove identity. Contact information for the pick-up location can be found in the order confirmation received by the customer.

A small postal package 5,90€

The package is delivered in a regular mail delivery to the mailbox / door. Package size max 25 x 35 x 3 cm or 2 kg.

Pick-up from a postal parcel machine (SmartPOST) 7,90€

The package is delivered to the selected Posti Parcel Point. The recipient will receive a text message notification and shipment ID per mail/message when the package can be picked up. If the dimensions of the package exceed the dimensions of the largest drawer (58 x 33 x 56 cm) or if the weight exceeds 35 kg, the package will be delivered at no extra cost to the Post office closest to that machine. SmartPOST machines are located in connection with shopping centers and markets and are available during the opening hours of shopping centers.

Pick up from the post office of your choice from 7,90 €

The package will be delivered for pick up from the selected post office or agent. The recipient will receive a text message notification and shipment ID from Posti when the package can be picked up. The maximum dimensions of items picked up at post offices are 180 x 120 x 60 cm and the maximum weight is 35 kg.

Posti Home delivery from 15,90 €

Posti will bring the shipment to your home. The post office will agree on a more specific delivery time with the recipient within 1-2 working days of sending. If the recipient cannot be reached after two call attempts, a call request card will be sent to him to agree on a delivery time. Shipments will be delivered to recipients on weekdays, agreed delivery times vary by region from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

LQ- and Transport of dangerous goods shipments from 9,90 €

Now you can order small quantities of LQ and VAK (dangerous goods) products to Matkahuolto's and Posti's pick-up points.

Matkahuolto Lähellä -package from 7,90 €

You can choose the Matkahuolto Lähellä package as the delivery method, which you can pick up from the office of your choice. The maximum weight of an individual package is 30 kg. The package will be picked up from the office indicated in the arrival notification. The package is handed over against an identity card or power of attorney.

Matkahuolto Jako -package from 17,90 €

You can choose Matkahuolto's Jako Package as the delivery method, which will be delivered to the specified address. The maximum weight of an individual package is 55 kg. The supplier of the package agrees on the delivery in more detail with the recipient. The package is handed over against an identity card or power of attorney. If someone other is picking up the package than the recipient indicated on the address card, the pick-up of the package must have a power of attorney printed on Matkahuolto's website in addition to his identity card.

Freight from 49 €

You can also choose freight as your delivery method. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking code in your email to track your order. We will look the best cargo supplier for you, who will call and agree on the delivery time. The price of freight is determined by the size of the product.

Delivery time

Delivery time is 2-5 working days from order confirmation and receipt of payment when the product is in our warehouse. Please note that if the products you have ordered are in different locations, the delivery time may be slightly longer. We aim to deliver products, that are in the importer's stock, within 4-8 working days, with the exception of, for example, FXR riding equipment, which can be delivered in up to 21 working days. In an exceptional situation, the customer will be contacted by e-mail or telephone. Tarvikekeskus Online Store is not responsible for any changes in delivery dates and their consequences for the customer.
